Inspector
Description
Quality Inspector: The
world leader in Ophthalmic lenses is experiencing growth and
is in need of several QA/QC positions. We offer an
outstanding work environment, state-of-the-art equipment
and facilities.
Essential
Functions
Perform the day-to-day duties related
to inspection processes that include: incoming component
inspections, work in process inspections, finished product
inspections, trend analysis, training, auditing of
Manufacturing and Quality Control, and other Quality
Assurance efforts.
Provide Quality checks of components,
raw materials and labels received.
Provide work in
process and finished goods inspections of products to verify
compliance to specifications and purchase agreements.
Perform product investigations of defective returned goods
and defective product found during production activities.
Assist with reviewing and developing Quality Assurance
documentation (use a written work instructions and examples
of past documentation and duplicate the activity).
Work
with all disciplines including QC, Research and Development,
Manufacturing, Engineering and all levels of management.
